Your memories are your life.

One of the most important things you create in your life is all of the memories.   Your memories tell the story of your life from the beginning to end. They reflect on who you were, and what you did in your life.

In years past these memories were captured in photos, film or tape. Fast forward to today and you will find many of these memories are deteriorating in old shoeboxes and photo albums, and are always just one fire or flood away from being destroyed.

Once a precious memento is lost it is often gone forever.

Other services can convert your memories digitally, but all of them either require you to pack up your photos and mail them to their facility to be scanned, or they must be dropped off to their facility with some companies even outsourcing your photos as far away as India.

Digitize-n-Organize mobile scanning services were created to save your memories locally at your home by digitally converting them in our specially equipped vans in your driveway. We come to you so that your memories can stay close to your heart where they belong.

We return your original files and digital versions of your memories on discs, hard drives or flash drives. We can also provide you with a strategy for digital asset management of your personal library.

Our management team:

Ted Rudolph: worked for various engineering firms in his career. In one of his jobs Ted found the process of copying manual tech sheets and then faxing them to his customers ineffective.

He developed a PDF library system for technical manuals that allowed fellow engineers to e-mail the specs to their customers. That was his first ground breaking venture into document management and he has not looked back since.

He has now been working with document scanning and management for over 15 years and is an active member of the Association of Image and Information Management (AIIM). He has a BSEE from The Ohio State University

Stephen Leonard:  As a young man a home fire gutted his residence destroying all of his photos and mementos. Not wanting another family to suffer the same loss of memories helped to conceive the Digitize-n-Organize philosophy. Professionally Steve is a web developer with over 15 years of experience in online software and website development with such companies as Berkshire Hathaway; Warner Brothers Television, and the Centers for Disease Control (CDC).

Steve Leonard majored in commercial art and graphic design at the University of Cincinnati and is a Microsoft M.C.S.D. and currently serves as the CIO of the Infoshui Group LLC.
